PURCHASING IN STORE
Novexpert products are available in SASA outlets within Malaysia. The SASA beauty consultants are trained to assist and recommend you the right products.
You can purchase your items online and pick them up from the address in the Contact Us site, or ship them directly to your doorstep. Here you’ll find out all you need to know about shipping, delivery, returns and much more.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Novexpert-Skincare aims to deliver within the time agreed upon purchase and aims to deliver as fast as possible. However, we are unable to fully guarantee that orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame.
We shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, extra charges or expenses arising out of a late delivery.
If you wish to track your order, please email to email@example.com with your order number and our customer service will assist you.
In rare circumstances that your product of purchase has a defect or an item is missing from your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
SHIPPING WITHIN MALAYSIA
Shipping is free within all regions of Malaysia (East & West).
Estimated Time of Delivery: Within 3 working days (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday).
Note: Orders are usually packed and ready to ship in 1 to 2 business days. Same day delivery is available for orders before 2:00pm (Malaysian Time)
For international orders, shipping charges are calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order. Please ensure that you select the country in which you are located in.
Estimated Transit Time: 5 – 7 working Days (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday).
Please note that shipping windows are estimates and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. We shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, extra charges or expenses arising out of a late delivery.
Duties and Taxes: Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost and it will be collected upon delivery from the carriers for certain packages. These charges are recipient’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for the packages. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
Custom Laws & Regulations: Some items may be controlled by your Country’s Customs. Please check with your respective customs before making your purchases online. By purchasing a product online, you acknowledge that you understand the risk involved.
All prices shown on Novexpert-Skincare are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). If you need a conversion to your local currency, please refer to http://www.xe.com/ or a similar website. Exchange rates change daily, and Novexpert-Skincare is not responsible for any loss incurred as a result of currency fluctuation. Please note that your credit card processor may charge you a conversion rate fee.
For international shipping, we ship via courier service PosLaju National Courier. If you wish to utilize other shipping/courier companies, please contact email@example.com making your purchase. Our customer service are ready to quote and assist you accordingly.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We cannot offer exchanges on orders shipped internationally. Orders shipped internationally cannot be returned to us.
Returns—Customs, Duties, Taxes & VAT
Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original domestic and international shipping charges. Additionally, we cannot refund customs, duties, taxes, VAT or tariffs. In special cases, if you are returning a purchase, you may be eligible for a refund of a portion or all of the duties and taxes from your local customs office. Contact that office directly for details.
Refusing/Undeliverable: If you refuse delivery of the shipment, you are responsible for payment of all return shipping fees and any applicable fees, duties and taxes; in this case, all such return shipping fees and any applicable fees, duties and taxes will be billed to the method of payment you used. Shipping fees are non-refundable for undeliverable shipments of refused shipments.
