Return, Exchange and Refund Policy
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
This Policy is applicable for shipping within Malaysia only.
Your satisfaction is our priority and we aim to provide you the best quality of products and services. If your order is damaged or defective, you have 14 day calendar days to return the items you purchased from Novexpert-Skincare, subjected to the following terms and conditions:
- Item must be in their original purchase condition. All packaging must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
- This return policy does not apply to items which have been stated non-refundable or non-exchangeable on this website.
All items will be reviewed first by Novexpert-Skincare and we reserve the right to perform alternatives including:
- Replacing a new item of the same order
- Replace another item of the equivalent value of the order
- Full refund either in cash or in voucher form.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?
For all return request, please email Novexpert.firstname.lastname@example.org , including your contact details such as your:
- Full name
- Contact number
- Order number
- Reason of Return
To return the item(s), you may choose to drop by our office to make the exchange, or alternatively courier the product back to us and bear the cost of all shipping or any applicable fees.
